Self-expressive portrait.

My hair in this portrait is blonde with red fringe, because that's how my hair actually is. The rest is orange and curly, because that's how I wish my hair was. Plus, the warm colors express my firey personality. The red and brown continue through it to represent movement; show the tiny pieces of brown that I have in my hair; and represent my veins, with the music notes being my bloodstream.

The treble clef in the background fits the whole music theme and contrasts my warm colors with its cool colors. The music notes coming out of my hair symbolize my passion for music and how I am music and music is me.

My sunglasses depict how I can have a poker face and don't always want people to know exactly how I am feeling. Also, because my feelings change so much, I didn't want to JUST have a happy face or a sad face. The piano keyboard is reflected in my sunglasses because piano is my heart and soul, and there's never a minute of the day that I'm not thinking about it.
